How to Plan a Golden Triangle Tour by Taxi from Delhi?
The Golden Triangle — Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur — is India's most famous tourist circuit and the perfect introduction to North India's extraordinary Mughal and Rajput heritage. These three cities form a rough triangle on the map (hence the name) and can be comfortably covered in 3 to 7 days depending on your pace. This guide gives you everything you need to plan this trip perfectly.
Why the Golden Triangle? In three cities, you experience: the Taj Mahal (one of the Seven Wonders of the World), Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri (two UNESCO World Heritage Sites), Amber Fort and City Palace (Rajputana architecture at its finest), India Gate and Old Delhi's Mughal grandeur, and the Pink City's bazaars, food, and culture.
