Manali is beautiful year-round but the best time depends on your purpose. For snow lovers: December to February — snowfall is heavy, Rohtang Pass may be closed but Solang Valley has skiing. For outdoor adventure (trekking, rafting): May to June and September to October — weather is pleasant, roads are clear. For Rohtang Pass and Lahaul-Spiti: June to October when the pass is open. Monsoon (July-August) brings heavy rains and landslide risk. EZPZ Taxi offers Manali trips all year round — call +91-9871121217.

For Snow: January–February
If you want snowfall in Manali town, come January–February. The town gets 1–2 feet of snow. Rohtang is closed but Solang Valley has a ski slope.
Avoid July–August
The Manali–Leh highway and Rohtang Pass area see dangerous landslides July–August. Beas River floods. Not recommended unless you have experience with mountain monsoons.
